Please read and follow these rules before applying, thank you!

This should go without saying: you need to like the character Light Yagami. Why else would you join?
You don't need a website to join, but if you do, plase put a code up from the codes section, to show your support for Raito and lead other Raito fans here.
If your website contains vulgar or insulting material (porn, hate, racism, etc), I have the right to not list your URL. You will still be accepted, as long as you are a fan of the character.
Please don't submit a broken link as your URL. It’s a hassle to organize everything on my own, have common sense about what information you’re submitting.
If you don't want to use your real name, that's fine, but please don't use names such as "~*Angel~*~Dr3amz*~". It's hard for some people to read or understand.
You must use a valid email address, if not then your application won't be valid.
